2. COURSE REFUNDS
2.1 FOUNDATIONS and Other Educational Courses
Educational courses (such as FOUNDATIONS) are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked.

- Upon refund approval, your access to the course will be revoked immediately

2.2 Course Access After Refund
Once a course refund is processed, you will lose access to all course materials immediately. This includes audio content, written materials, PDF downloads, and any bonus materials. Since course materials are provided via online access only, access is revoked upon refund.
3. SUBSCRIPTION REFUNDS
3.1 Monthly Subscriptions ($3/month Mandala Subscription)
Monthly subscriptions may be refunded within 30 days of any charge.

- Upon refund approval, your last charge will be refunded

- No refund will be provided for the current billing period

5. REFUND METHOD AND TIMING

8.2 Consequences of Unjustified Chargebacks
If a chargeback is initiated after the 30-day refund window without valid cause, or if the chargeback is found to be fraudulent:
- Your account will be permanently terminated
- All access to courses and services will be revoked without refund
