1. 90-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

At LUMARANA, we stand behind the quality of our educational content and services. We offer a 90-day satisfaction guarantee on our products and services. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 90 days, no questions asked, subject to the specific conditions outlined below for each product type.

2. COURSE REFUNDS

2.1 FOUNDATIONS and Other Educational Courses

Educational courses (such as FOUNDATIONS) are eligible for a full refund within 90 days of purchase, no questions asked.

To request a course refund:

  • Contact natan@lumarana.com within 90 days of your purchase date
  • Provide your name, email address, and order number (if available)
  • Upon refund approval, your access to the course will be revoked immediately
  • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method

2.2 Course Access After Refund

Once a course refund is processed, you will lose access to all course materials immediately. This includes audio content, written materials, PDF downloads, and any bonus materials. Since course materials are provided via online access only, access is revoked upon refund.

3. SUBSCRIPTION REFUNDS

3.1 Monthly Subscriptions ($3/month Mandala Subscription)

Monthly subscriptions may be refunded within 90 days of any charge.

To qualify for a subscription refund:

  • Contact natan@lumarana.com within 90 days of the charge date you wish to have refunded
  • Upon refund approval, your last charge will be refunded
  • You will retain access to paid subscription features until the end of your current billing cycle
  • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method

3.2 Subscription Cancellation Without Refund

If you cancel your subscription without requesting a refund:

  • You will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing cycle
  • No refund will be provided for the current billing period
  • Your subscription will not renew, and access to paid features will end at the end of the cycle

3.3 Multiple Refund Requests

We reserve the right to deny refund requests if a pattern of abuse is detected (such as repeatedly subscribing, using services, and requesting refunds).

4. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Email natan@lumarana.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
  2. Include the following information:
  • Your full name
  • Email address associated with your LUMARANA account
  • Order number or purchase date (if known)
  • Product or service you wish to refund (course name or subscription type)
  • Brief description of your reason (optional - we don't require an explanation)
  1. You will receive a confirmation email acknowledging your refund request within 1-2 business days
  2. Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days
  3. You will receive a final confirmation email once your refund has been processed

5. REFUND METHOD AND TIMING

All refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after approval. The exact timing may depend on your financial institution's processing times.

If you no longer have access to the original payment method, please inform us when requesting your refund so we can work with you to find an alternative solution.

6. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:

  • Gift certificates or promotional credits (once purchased, these are final)
  • Services already fully rendered (such as one-on-one consultations, if offered in the future)
  • Purchases made through third-party platforms (subject to their refund policies)

7. DISCRETIONARY REFUNDS

In exceptional circumstances, LUMARANA may provide refunds outside the terms outlined in this policy at our sole discretion. Such refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and do not create any obligation or precedent for future refunds.

8. CHARGEBACKS AND DISPUTES

If you dispute a charge with your credit card company (a "chargeback") instead of contacting us first, your account will be suspended pending resolution of the dispute. Chargebacks may result in additional fees assessed by payment processors, which may be passed on to you.

We strongly encourage you to contact us at natan@lumarana.com before initiating a chargeback so we can work together to resolve any issues. In most cases, we can resolve concerns more quickly and easily through direct communication.

9. REFUNDS UPON ACCOUNT TERMINATION

9.1 Voluntary Account Closure

If you voluntarily close your account, standard refund terms apply based on the timing of your request and the specific product or service. You may request refunds for any purchases made within the past 90 days according to the terms outlined in this policy.

9.2 Account Termination by LUMARANA

If LUMARANA terminates your account due to violation of our Terms of Service, no refunds will be provided for any subscriptions, courses, or products purchased. This includes situations involving:

  • Violation of age restrictions or false age certification
  • Sharing account credentials or course materials
  • Abusive behavior toward LUMARANA staff or community members
  • Fraudulent activity or payment disputes
  • Any other violation of our Terms of Service

10. CHANGES TO THIS REFUND POLICY

LUMARANA reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Material changes to the Refund Policy will be communicated via email with at least 30 days' notice.

Your continued use of our Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Refund Policy. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy indicates when it was most recently revised.
